Terms of Use

Rules and responsibilities for using SpythaR services and learning materials.

This page is formatted from the client-provided draft. Legal counsel should review all terms, refund wording, subscription provisions and placeholders before publication.

1. Accounts

Users who access protected content must create an account and provide accurate, complete information, including a valid email address. Each user is responsible for their account, password security and all activity occurring through their credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

Suspected unauthorised access or security breaches should be reported promptly to the SpythaR Support Team. Ownership verification may be required before access can be restored or account information disclosed.

2. Pricing and promotions

SpythaR may offer limited promotional pricing. The applicable price is the amount shown at checkout. Prices may vary by account status and location, and applicable taxes may be included or added depending on local requirements.

3. Payments

Payments for student programmes will be taken only after approval by the school and guardians. A receipt will be provided as evidence of payment.

4. Refund policy

The client draft allows a written request for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The request must include the purchaser's name, account email and order details. Approved refunds are intended to return to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial refunds are not available. Additional products, shipping, taxes or other expenditure may be excluded. Course access and associated certificates may be revoked after a refund. The support email required for refund requests remains to be supplied.

5. Content and behaviour

SpythaR aims to maintain a safe, civil learning environment. Users agree not to repost materials without permission, engage in harassment or hate speech, cheat, misuse course systems, or promote dangerous or unlawful conduct.

  • Participate in supportive, constructive discussions.
  • Use proper citations and maintain academic integrity.
  • Report potential misuse to the appropriate team.
  • Respect teachers, students, partner institutions and company property.
  • Follow classroom safety and attendance procedures.

6. Intellectual property

Courses, content and learning materials remain the intellectual property of SpythaR and its partners. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, modify or access restricted platform areas without written permission. Violations may result in revoked access and notification to relevant school authorities.

7. Subscription terms

Where subscription plans are offered, users may cancel through their account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period and future renewal then stops. Mid-period cancellation does not ordinarily produce a prorated refund except where required by law.

Trials and renewals

Eligibility and duration for any free trial are communicated during sign-up. Unless cancelled before the end of a trial, the standard subscription charge may begin and continue according to the selected billing cycle.

Billing

By providing valid payment information, the purchaser authorises applicable course and renewal charges. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension. Any pricing changes should be communicated with appropriate notice.

Questions

Contact information for billing, legal and support queries must be inserted once approved business details are supplied.
